For clients without AMR or half-hourly data flows STC has developed an advanced system to allow customers to enter meter readings online.

As the system shows the meter serial numbers, the metered units and the previously recorded meter reading we achieve a high degree of accuracy.

Meter readings may be taken by customers at any interval, including daily and weekly if desired.  Where a Utility Supplier is capable of accepting customer meter reads, STC can forward all meter reads to the supplier in a bulk format to suit the supplier’s requirements.
