To date we have found over 60 variations of
errors that can be found on the supplier's
utility bills; through our extensive experience
we know where most areas of weakness exist
within supplier's various billing systems.
STC will recalculate supplier’s invoices
from first principals and compare them to the
billed charges; where a discrepancy is found
STC will apply for refunds or credits. Our
quality control procedures will ensure that
all errors identified will be resolved by the
supplier to the satisfaction of the customer.
Not all bill validation services can offer
such a stringent process.
Our case studies illustrate savings in excess
of £1 million within the first 12 months
for various customers who have adopted our
bill validation services. Please note that
anticipated savings will be proportional to
the size of the bills being validated.
STC defines savings as actual credits paid back
to the client and cost avoidance savings that
would have occurred if the bureau team had not
intervened.
