The use of STC’s online services allows customers to access data for use
throughout their organisation including; facility managers, energy managers,
accounts departments, procurement departments, individual property managers -
indeed anyone with whom the customer wishes to share data.
Each user of the system can be assigned a profile which will manage the range
of reports that they can view. This method ensures that the available reports
are relevant to each user’s job function, thus simplifying and reducing
information overload for that user.
Unlike the supplier’s on-line systems, our system is multi-utility and
can retain many years of data. Furthermore, we can show both consumption
and utility invoice information. Data can also be exported to other applications
such as Excel and reports can be e-mailed.
