Our fixed term electricity procurement solutions comprise predominantly fully fixed and energy only options but we are always happy to advise on other options available.

Whilst our fixed term gas procurement contracts are predominantly fixed price contracts, we are always happy to advise and support other options available.

Flexible procurement

STC have a managed service for clients wishing to adopt a flexible purchasing strategy.

STC will:

•  Assist in the development of energy purchasing strategies and risk management policies.

•  Collate and verify data.

•  Tender supplies.

•  Evaluate Suppliers flexible offers.

•  Negotiate terms and conditions and options available.

•  Manage the procurement process.

•  Provide you with risk management tools to measure and monitor the performance of your Risk Management Policy.

We will manage the whole procurement process from start to finish, including analysis of price trends, advice on tender strategy, risk management policy development, preparation and documentation of your tender, evaluation of offers and liaison and negotiation with suppliers. We will recommend the most suitable competitive offer available in the market. We will liaise directly with all relevant parties to ensure the smooth implementation of the new supply contract from the agreed dates. We will monitor the Supplier changeover process and ensure this takes place as efficiently as practical, dealing with any registration problems during the process.
